During his more than 40 years in the biomedical device business Mr. Christ has established an impressive track record of successes as a technical regulatory specialist/strategist with experience in gaining FDA IDE/PMA and ISO/CE regulatory approvals for a variety of unique and emerging biomedical devices.
Mr. Christ holds degrees in both Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from UCLA. He is the inventor/co-inventor on more than 30 patents and is responsible for the development of more than 20 biomedical devices and synthetic biomedical polymers. Mr. Christ has devised analysis strategies and testing methods with a proven track record for the evaluation of extractables and leachables and for materials characterization, in particular silicones, poly acrylates/methacrylates, and polyurethanes.
